SATU Digital Products sells digital products including ebooks, PDF guides, templates, educational resources, and other downloadable digital content.

1. Digital Products

All products available on our website are digital products. No physical products are shipped.

After successful payment, the purchased digital product may be made available through a download link, customer account, email, or another electronic delivery method.

2. Cancellation

An order may be cancelled only if the digital product has not yet been delivered or made available for download.

Once the digital product has been delivered, accessed, or downloaded, cancellation may generally not be possible.

3. Refund Policy

Because our products are digital and can be accessed or downloaded immediately, payments for successfully delivered digital products are generally non-refundable.

However, we may consider a refund in exceptional circumstances, such as:

• Duplicate payment for the same order
• Payment was successfully deducted but the product was not delivered

4. Download or Access Problems

We will first try to resolve the technical issue and provide access to the purchased product.

5. Incorrect Purchase

Refunds for purchasing the wrong product or changing your mind may not be available once the digital product has been delivered or downloaded.

6. Duplicate Payments

If you believe you have been charged more than once for the same order, contact us with your order details and payment reference. After verification, the duplicate payment may be refunded.

7. Refund Processing
